Returns and Exchange

We want you to be happy with the product. If for any reason you have received your item and are unhappy, we will issue a replacement or a 100% refund of the product.

We must receive the returned item within 14 days of purchase in order for the item to qualify for a refund or replacement. The original item must be received in undamaged, unused, unmarked and unworn condition, including all fixings, peripherals, labels and packaging (all in good condition). We are not liable for the cost of returning items, nor can we reimburse shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return.

For any items damaged in transit, we will require photographs of the damaged packaging and damaged item within 24 hours in order that we can notify the courier. For any item sent back to us we recommend the use of a delivery service where the item is suitably tracked and insured for the full value of the contents.
